Have the Exhaust on for this one …..Heat pan first, add some olive oil, cover both sides well with a Cajun blend of spices ( Master foods do the best that I’ve found) and sizzle that tuna steak on both sides like a medium steak…..your looking to still have it rare in the middle as once you have taken it out of the pan it will still cook itself…..
